US Distribution (Indie Press Revolution)

  • For a $20 Hell for Leather RPG + PDF sale, we receive $5.12.
  • For a $10 HfL PDF sale, we receive $8.
  • For a $7 Hell for Leather Target sale, we receive $2.45.
  • For the $25 Deluxe Bundle (book, target, and PDF), we receive $6.25.

Direct Sales (Cobweb Games)

  • For a €15 Hell for Leather RPG + PDF sale, we receive €7.37 ($9.55).
  • For a €7 HfL PDF sale, we receive €6.41 ($8.31)!
  • For a €5 Hell for Leather Target sale, we receive €2.59 ($3.36).
  • For the €18 Deluxe Bundle (book, target, and PDF), we receive €8.38 ($10.86).

  2. There’s a good margin on PDFs in the US all right. But I see this as a fringe market.

  3. I know for myself I would always rather have a physical product than a PDF. Call me Old School, but I like having something in my hands (ooer Mrs).
